I've been studying yoga with Lisa ever since my 2nd ever yoga class with her 3 years ago.
She deserves a lot of credit for the progress I have made. As for the workshop:
Lisa did a great job of getting us warmed up with the minimum amount of effort.
I was able to go the whole class and felt strong at the end and was able to get into 2 poses that
I was unable to get in Yoga 3 class. It was a great workshop and a lot of fun.

Lisa's workshop was amazing: challenging, inspiring and a real eye-opener about possible poses to explore and impossible-looking poses that I had no idea I could actually sort of do. Also, Lisa’s enthusiasm, sense of humor and clear instructions,
including a bunch of variations in poses, were great. I am definitely planning on working on at least a few of the poses and then take the next Arm Balances workshop for further inspiration. Thank you!

I guess I have never told you this but one of the reasons I am currently a yogi, is because of you. Before coming to Tranquil Space, I had never trusted other teachers enough to let go in a class. All my back problems made me very self-conscious. It was when I met you, that I was finally able to let go. Since my first class you always remembered to help me through, no matter how full the class might have been, always checking up on me. You are a sincere person, and your sincerity shines through, I guess that made me trust you from day one.
